Strength Training Class

About

Fitness is fun and so is teaching clients how to use unconventional equipment to reach their fitness goals. Kettlebells, clubbells, sandbags, TRX, medicine balls, tires and ropes. Never used these before? No problem – that’s what I’m here for ! I never said it’s easy, so don’t be mistaken, you will be burning calories and gaining lean muscle.

I am surprised each time I meet with Christina. It is fun using my own body weight doing things I never thought I had the strength to do. It’s so exciting to feel progress being made !
