Heavy Bag & Pads Work
I enjoy teaching Martial art skills, using heavy bags, mitts and pads. This isn’t your sisters cardio aerobic class! You will be putting gloves on and striking real targets with punches, kicks, knees and elbows . This is not a fighter’s Dojo, meaning there is no sparring, no physical contact other then the bag, pad or mitts. Not only a major calorie burner, but also an awesome stress reliever ! Being able to unleash the warrior within is quite an exhilarating feeling. You will be amazed by how strong your strikes will become when your technique is refined. This is not a self defense system, however these techniques could help if you find yourself in a situation where running to safety is not an option.
