My goal is to make fitness a lifestyle for everyone. Fitness is meant to be a fun, enjoyable aspect of everyday living, not meant to be a boring, mundane chore you do to stay healthy. Each client has their own specific needs and goals. I also incorporate functional training. Functional training includes strength, endurance, muscle flexibility and joint mobility movements that improves posture and makes everyday activities more efficient.
